I’d be interested how others are applying agile techniques in fixed-buged/fixed-time projects.
Also, maybe some kanban exercises (agile-to-lean) would be interesting and nice
I’d like to found out how one could estimate the business/financial results of agile methodology adoption in the case of a small team (3-5 people): what is a typical time investment needed (mandays) in different scenarios (intrinsic adoption process, externally assisted adoption process) and what is a typical breakeven period.
1) scrum: How can it be sold to the upper management
2) project management: how can be managed a big project when the product owner is remote, and most of the small team is working part time… What agile techniques can be applied if scrum is not appropriate (team too small)
I’d like to see someone talking about their experiences with a legacy project. What was the state of the project in the beginning, what didn’t work well with it, how did they tackle the… code-lift (I assume it was no complete rewrite).
Beside the above, I’d like to know whether or not did they use any agile techniques and how.
The effects of company politics on implementing change to agile or to scrum (it can be generalized anyways): how you dealt with it, what’s the most important factor you need if you are promoting the change but don’t have authority to make it happen, if you succeeded in such environments, how long it took you, ….
